Refund Policy
3Q Print Refund Policy
At 3Q Print, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the custom nature of our products and services, we apply the following refund and return conditions:
Non-Returnable Products
Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, returns are not permitted. Any claims regarding defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We will only replace orders that were processed incorrectly, and replacements will be made only after the returned merchandise is received. We reserve the right to deny replacements if we determine that the products were misused, mishandled, or partially used by the customer.
Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify 3Q Print in writing immediately. If production has not started, credit for the paid amount may be issued at our discretion, with any incurred expenses deducted.
- Orders cannot be canceled for a refund without a valid reason. If 3Q Print fails to deliver within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, you may cancel your order up to 37 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If the order is canceled after the goods have been received, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in full quantity. No refunds will be processed until the complete return of products.
Defective Products
Claims for defective products will only be considered if raised within seven (7) days from the delivery date. In cases of defective products, reprinting may be an option if the full quantity of defective goods is returned. The reprint production time will be the same as the original order, with no changes to the artwork permitted.
If a product is found to breach statutory guarantees under applicable consumer protection laws, we will comply with the following remedies:
- Replacement or resupply of equivalent products and services.
- Repair of defective goods.
- Payment of the cost for replacement or repair.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed using the same payment method or bank account used for the original payment. Refunds will be subject to approval by 3Q Print management and will be processed within 14 days after approval.
Liability Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, 3Q Print’s liability for any failure to comply with applicable laws or for any claims is limited to:
- The replacement or resupply of equivalent products and services.
- The repair of defective goods.
- Payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods.
Force Majeure
3Q Print is not liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses arising from delays or failures in fulfilling any obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, power failures, governmental restrictions, acts of God, or breakdowns in electronic systems.
