Acceptance of Terms of Usage

3Q PRINT SDN BHD (Company Registration Number: 1566688-X), a company incorporated in Malasia and having its registered office at 124, Jln Imbi, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur ("3QPrint", "our" or "us") has provided this website https://www.3qprint.my/ ("Website") and all products and/or services subject to the terms and conditions set out below ("Terms and Conditions").


Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions, which serve as the contents of the legal agreement between you and us, and which may be modified from time to time at 3QPrint's sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions provide you with a detailed overview of what you must consider before accessing and using the Website, and/or purchasing 3Q Print’s products and services.


If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please immediately discontinue and do not access or use any information on the Website, or submit an order to purchase any of the products and services. General

1.1. The Website can be used without registering an account. However, registration is required to purchase products and services. This process is quick, easy, and free. An email address is required for registration, and by providing one, you consent to 3Q Print contacting you for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.


1.2. You will be asked to consent to these Terms and Conditions when creating an account on the Website. By ticking the acceptance box, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to 3Q Print and our representatives collecting, using, and disclosing (including transferring overseas) your Personal Data (any data or information about you that can identify you either (A) from that data alone, or (B) from that data combined with other information we have or are likely to have access to), as well as our representatives' use, collection, and disclosure of such Personal Data to our authorized service providers and/or any relevant third parties in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


1.3. You must be 18 years or older to register an account with 3Q Print. If you are under 18 years old, you must be represented by your parents or legal guardian(s) in all interactions with 3Q Print.


1.4. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you also represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of the legal entity to enter into contractual arrangements, bind the legal entity to the Terms and Conditions, and register an account for and on behalf of the legal entity. In these Terms and Conditions, all references to "you" and "yourself" refer to the account holder, whether an individual or another legal entity.


1.5. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update such information immediately when it changes. Information found to be false or incorrect may result in your account being suspended or terminated, along with any associated orders. 3Q Print shall not be liable for any costs incurred due to disputes arising from incorrectly entered information.


1.6. You are responsible for all products and services ordered through your account and agree to securely store and protect your account information. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or potential compromise of your credentials, you must immediately notify 3Q Print in writing. If any products and services were ordered using a compromised account, 3Q Print will investigate. Payment for any costs incurred due to a compromised account may still be required.


1.7. 3Q Print will comply with lawful requests and court orders to release information to law enforcement, relevant enforcement bodies, or as part of active legal proceedings.

Ordering Info

2.1. All products and services are subject to availability. 3Q Print reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from 3Q Print.


2.2. Product and Service Modifications:

Due to continuous product development, 3Q Print may modify products and services. We cannot guarantee that the same products or services will be available for reordering in the future.


2.3. Payment Requirements:

  • Full Payment: Full payment is required before processing your order. We do not accept promissory notes. All payments must be accompanied by proof of payment (e.g., bank-in slip or payment receipt) which should be sent to us via WhatsApp at 018-9697922 for verification.
  • Payment Methods: 3Q Print accepts payment via credit card, bank transfer, ATM cash deposit, and cheque deposit. You must have the authority to use the selected payment method and sufficient funds or credit. Additional instructions or terms may apply based on the payment method chosen.
  • Payment Validation: 3Q Print reserves the right to validate your payment method before processing the order. If the transaction is rejected, the order may be canceled.
  • Bank Transfers: Orders are processed only when payment is confirmed in 3Q Print’s account. Proof of payment must be uploaded. Please note that bank transfers may take two to three working days for confirmation. ATM cash deposits, transfers, or cheque deposits after bank hours may require up to one additional day for confirmation.
  • Instant Payments: For faster processing, we encourage the use of instant payment methods (e.g., credit card). Bank transfers may be delayed due to manual processing.


2.4. Order Collection and Refunds:

  • Collection: Orders must be collected within 30 days from the notification of readiness. 3Q Print reserves the right to dispose of uncollected goods after this period, and any payments made will not be refunded.
  • Quality Checks: Customers are advised to check the quantity and quality of goods upon collection. Any disputes must be reported within seven days in person or by calling 018-9697922. Disputes reported after this period will not be entertained.
  • Claims: In the event of a claim, we may offer a reprint or refund. 3Q Print is not responsible for any other losses incurred.


2.5. Currency and Taxes:

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any additional taxes or customs duties.
  • Inclusions and Exclusions: Prices include packaging but exclude delivery charges and shipping insurance. Additional costs may apply for changes requested after order confirmation.
  • Withholding Taxes: If withholding taxes are applicable, you must select either bank transfer or credit invoice as the payment method.


2.6. Promotions and Pricing Errors:

  • Promotions: 3Q Print reserves the right to cancel or reject promotional offers or coupons at its discretion.
  • Pricing Errors: 3Q Print reserves the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical or technical errors.



Preparing Your Own Documents or Using Our Design Templates/Services


Efficient communication is essential for timely order processing. Please respond promptly to avoid delays. Depending on the service, there will be different feedback deadlines. If no feedback is received within seven days, 3Q Print reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you may be liable for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.


3Q Print offers a variety of options to suit your documents and design needs:


3.1. File Upload: 

Upload your own documents, which our experts will review for standard checks. Proof prints can be provided for an additional fee.

To ensure the best quality for your printed products, it’s crucial to provide clear, specific instructions and maintain responsive communication. Follow the file preparation guidelines on the 3Q Print website to minimize the risk of errors.

Submitted documents files must meet the specified format, size, and resolution requirements.

If your documents file contains issues, you will receive an email detailing the necessary adjustments. If the issues can be resolved by our team, a link to purchase the Documents Fixes service for an additional fee will be provided. We aim to complete this process within 1 to 3 working days after the service is purchased. Your order’s deadline will be recalculated based on the upload of the amended file.


3.2. Design Service: 

Our design team can create custom designs tailored to your needs. Some products and services may include this service at no extra cost.


3.3. Design Templates: 

Choose from a wide range of templates that can be customized to fit your specific requirements.


3.4. Design Templates/Final Check 

Once you approve the final design, 3Q Print is not responsible for any errors in the design, including spelling and grammatical mistakes.

Whether preparing your own documents or reviewing our design proposal, please carefully check for avoidable mistakes before submission or approval. This includes:

Spelling, spacing, and grammatical errors

  • Damaged or missing fonts
  • Transparency issues
  • Incorrect file uploads
  • Imperfect bleed or color conversions
  • Low-resolution graphics and images
  • User-selected options such as size, quantity, and paper type
  • While our design team will make every effort to identify issues, 3Q Print cannot be held responsible for the above-mentioned errors.
  • Ensure that any foreign fonts or scripts (e.g., Chinese or Arabic) are correctly displayed in the final documents.


3.5. Deviations in Printing:

Every print run is unique, and deviations may occur due to different techniques and materials. Below are potential deviations and how 3Q Print addresses them to ensure the final product stays true to the design.


3.5.1. Color Deviations:

3Q Print strives to deliver the highest quality, but color deviations can occur, and accuracy may slightly differ from the provided artwork files. By placing an order, you accept certain limitations regarding color accuracy, including but not limited to:

  • There is no guarantee for the same colour as compared to the screen or online proof colours. There may be significant changes when changing from the screen calibrated RGB to the printer based CMYK profile. Moreover, each screen can show different colors, independently of the exact color profile;
  • The same colours as previous print runs;
  • The same colours compared to digital proof colours, up to 5 % deviation;
  • The same colour within a print-run (first vs. last).


3.5.2. Deviation in Physical Dimensions (Size/Cutting/Etc.) :

Physical dimensions can vary slightly due to the nature of the printing process:

  • Up to 3mm deviation in size
  • Up to 2mm deviation in cutting position
  • Up to 5% variation in order size
  • Up to 1mm deviation in folding position
  • Up to 0.5mm deviation in hot stamp, spot UV, and embossing registration
  • Possible bleed mirroring deviations in case of imperfect bleed


3.5.3. Deviations in Quantity:

3Q Print does not guarantee that every order will match the exact quantity requested. 

In the case of an under-run, Store credit will be provided for use on future orders, or A pro-rata refund will be issued based on the missing quantity.


3.6. Proofing Process:

3Q Print offers various proofing methods before your order is released for production. Some are included in the design price, while others are available at an additional cost:

  • Online Proof: Included in the purchase price, this proof allows you to check that all elements are in place but may not reflect final color accuracy.
  • Digital Proof Print: Available for an additional fee, this proof is color-accurate and closer to the final product, with up to 20% color deviation possible.
  • Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon, the proof print may not be laminated or printed on the same paper type/specifications as the final product.


Warranty

3Q Print does not make any express or implied warranties regarding the products and services provided, except as explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions. 3Q Print's responsibility is limited to the possible replacement of defective products or, at its discretion, issuing a credit for the purchase price. All warranties are subject to applicable laws and regulations.


Limitation of Liability

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3Q Print, its affiliates, and each of its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents, from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Including but not limited to allegations of copyright infringement, trademark or service mark violations, defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of any personal rights.
  • Your use or misuse of our products, services, and/or website.
  • Your violation or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any applicable laws or regulations, whether referenced herein or not.


Intellectual Property

  • You acknowledge that 3Q Print’s content, which includes but is not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, videos, and any other materials, may be protected by trademarks, patents, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • You agree that you are permitted to use such materials and information only as explicitly authorized by the respective owner.
  • Subject to applicable laws and regulations, 3Q Print is the owner of its trademarks and any trademarks used on its website, as well as all information, documents, images, and materials contained on the website. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of these without 3Q Print’s prior written consent may result in legal action.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify any content on the Website, including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions, at any time and at our sole discretion without prior notice. If you disagree with any of the updated Terms and Conditions, please cease accessing the Website and refrain from using its information or placing any orders for our products and services.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia. By using this Website or purchasing any products or services through it, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.


Additional Information

  • 3Q Print reserves the right to refuse any orders for our products and services if, at our sole discretion, we determine the content to be inappropriate. Inappropriate content may include, but is not limited to, content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, pornographic, discriminatory, profane, offensive, or that violates moral standards, could lead to compensation claims, or could cause harm to third parties.
  • 3Q Print is not responsible for any costs arising from errors on the website or if the website becomes unavailable for any reason.
