Shipping Shipping terms are F.O.B., meaning that 3Q Print is no longer responsible for the shipment once it is handed over to the carrier. 3Q Print will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer, but the buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling costs. 3Q Print is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage to the order once it is with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Conditions
2.1. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order submission.
Changes to the shipping address can only be made in special cases with approval from 3Q Print, depending on the production stage.
3Q Print will ensure delivery to the provided address, but if the address is incorrect or outdated, any additional costs incurred for redelivery are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping to restricted areas like military bases, airports, exhibition/event halls, or hotel rooms is prohibited due to delivery risks. If unavoidable, please notify 3Q Print's Customer Service to make necessary arrangements.
Some deliveries may require confirmation. Please provide a phone number accessible outside business hours to ensure timely delivery.
3Q Print reserves the right to ship the order in one package or multiple installments. A delay in one installment does not justify a return of any other.
2.2. Way of Transport/Installments
3Q Print will choose the method of transport and the delivery service provider.
We reserve the right to ship in one package or in separate installments. Delays in one installment do not justify the return of other installments.
2.3. Lead Time
Normal print production typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on stock availability and the complexity of the order. In some cases, production may take longer.
The timeline mentioned above only applies to print production and does not include the shipping time.
Delivery generally takes an additional 1-3 business days, depending on the courier service used.
3Q Print will make every effort to deliver within the promised window but is not liable for any losses or expenses resulting from delays.
2.4. Acceptance, Proof of Delivery, and First Check
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the products for defects or damage.
Any damage or defects must be reported to 3Q Print within 7 days of delivery, along with a signed statement detailing the issues.
Complaints received after 7 days of delivery will not be considered.
Do not refuse delivery based on a partial or delayed installment.
Claims for lost parcels must be made within 5 working days of the expected delivery date.
2.5. Recalculation of Delivery Date
Various factors may delay shipping, including:
Late payment submissions or bank transfer confirmations.
Re-uploading faulty artwork after deadlines.
Late or non-approval of proof prints.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
To avoid delays, respond promptly to any queries from 3Q Print or the delivery company.
3Q Print offers a free SMS service for delivery updates and reminders.
3Q Print is not liable for costs incurred due to the above-listed issues.
